Postnatal Pilates’ classes are specifically aimed at those who have had a baby in the last year and include an additional focus on pelvic floor exercises and abdominal separation.

As a result of COVID-19, the current Postnatal Pilates courses have moved online and are not open to new joiners.

As soon as the situation changes I look forward to arranging dates and venues for future courses and look forward to meeting and helping more Mums and babies in the future.

Classes last for 50 minutes and mats and all other equipment is provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat however if you prefer. We exercise bare foot or in socks.

Class numbers are capped at 9 to ensure everyone has enough space to exercise and so that I can provide feedback and support to all participants on technique and position.
