Hi, I'm Nic, I run Pilates Fit Portishead.


I'm a Level 3 Specialist Mat Pilates Instructor and I offer Group and Private Pilates classes in and around Portishead.

I am Prenatal and Postnatal qualified. I am also qualified to teach children aged 4 & over.

I recently added a new Strength & Balance class to the timetable on Tuesday & Thursday mornings. These classes include a longer standing & balance sequence than the other classes. They are mixed ability classes, open to all. The main focus is on balance, mobility and strength. They will also include a short core section on the mats towards the end of the class. These classes are particularly good if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or if you know you are at higher risk of developing them. We use resistance bands and / or light weights every week.

I also maintain a waiting list for any classes that are currently full, so if you would like to be added please do send me a message, letting me know which classes you are interested in.
