Hi, I'm Nic, I run Pilates Fit Portishead.
I am Prenatal and Postnatal qualified. I am also qualified to teach children aged 4 & over.

I am excited to add a new Strength & Balance class to the timetable on Tuesday & Thursday mornings. These classes will include a longer standing & balance sequence than the other classes. They will be a mixed ability classes, open to all. The main focus will be on mobility, strength & balance and they will include a short core section on the mats towards the end of the class. These classes are particularly good if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or if you know you are at higher risk of developing them. We will use resistance bands and / or light weights every week.

I also maintain a waiting list for any classes that are currently full, so if you would like to be added please do send me a message, letting me know which classes you are interested in.
